Go to the top left corner of your page and click on what looks like the four lines. Locate "Account" and scroll down afterwards to fill your details and upload your picture. I hope this helps.

@oyetoro-oyebode-stephen...(to add to your explanation) under 'Avatar,' click on 'choose file' & select your preferred picture. Then scroll down and click on 'save changes.' It will automatically upload the picture to the appropriate place.
