My Profile

My teaching and research have focused on E-commerce Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Law of Evidence. In the past, I have worked on the Nigeria’s e-commerce, legal regime and legal frameworks that regulate and punish corporate crimes in Nigeria, forensic evidence with regards to criminal investigation and the need to retrain, Nigerian Law Enforcement Agents and the Nigerian Judicial Officers on ICT. I have also worked on the infringement of online copyright law and the legality of the use of force and threat by the ECOWAS in Gambia election crisis. My teaching and research aim at providing legal solutions to the contemporary legal challenges in this 4th Industrial Revolution age.
