Obafemi Awolowo University
I started my career as a researcher and a lecturer at the department of Demography & Social Statistics, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Nigeria in 2006 as a Graduate assistant. Apart from my involvement in some gender studies, the main thrust of my research have focused on applied social statistics which I have extended to the family, particularly, children’s health and their survival, maternal health and reproductive behaviour, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health. I have more than twenty academic publications centered around these. I have skills in quantitative and qualitative research and I am experienced in the analysis of primary and secondary data using SPSS, Stata, Epi Info among others.
