Dr. Fakuade Olubusayo Victor obtained his Doctoral degree in Educational Technology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 2020. As an experienced Instructional Technologist with special interest in creating and facilitating engaging online learning experience across all levels of learners in both corporate institution and educational communities, he exhibits his desires by engaging in Instructional design, development, online learning contents creation, and facilitation with the use of LMS. He has more than seven (7) years of experience in learning design and development. Dr Fakuade has trained and mentored several young educationists on the use of instructional design and development with much emphasis on e-learning tools such as video and interactive video creation, Vodcast and podcast, e-learning authoring tools, evaluation tools, mobile learning and social-media learning at all levels of education. He is a professional teacher as well as a trainer. His area of research interest is premised on the use of social media instructional platforms to further facilitate teaching and engage learners beyond classroom experience. Dr. Fakuade is skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Dr Fakuade has designed and developed more than twenty (20) learning packages, also published five articles and two chapters in books in peer reviewed journals, with several others under consideration.
