The IIAS-Science program is specifically designed to expose young scholars in the physical, technological, and biological sciences, to theories, discourses, methods, and pedagogies that can promote the design and implementation of research that addresses the needs of Africa.
The Institute has an international faculty and engages a wide range of themes and issues designed to stimulate and deepen the understanding of research, teaching, and service missions in the academy.
The IIAS-Science track held for the first time in the 6 years history of the institution. The IIAS Science program will focus on the challenges of doing research, creative epistemology, and new forms of teaching through interdisciplinary collaboration using multidisciplinary approaches.
