Olatunji Alabi Oyeshile, Ph. D is a professor of Philosophy at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He specializes in African Philosophy, Metaphysics and Social and Political Philosophy. His recent focus is on Individual, Community and Social order in Africa. He was a facilitator at Ife Summer School in 2018. He has also delivered keynote papers in universities in Nigeria, Cameroon and The Netherlands. His paper, “Corporate Existence and Individual’s Freedom in African Communal Society: The Yoruba Example”, appeared in Ultimate Reality and Meaning Journal (URAM), Vol. 30, No. 4 (2007), pp. 278-300, University of Toronto, Canada, where he drew a necessary interface between traditional African life and contemporary libertarian society.
